Dr Anthony Yeong is currently the Dean and Principle Executive Officer of Kingston International College based in Perth, Western Australia. He is spearheading and managing both the VET department and ELICOS department.


Anthony is also an independent Researcher, Trainer and Consultant in Project Management. 

He is an external doctoral supervisor and examiner with universities in Australia. His research interests include Business Administration, Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Leadership & Management, Project Management and Knowledge Management. 

For professional career, Anthony was a seasoned project management practitioner who has spearheaded several projects of different natures with multi-national companies such as Thomson  Reuters,  Commonwealth Securities,  3M,  IBM,  Logica and  Computer Associates.  Anthony was also a  Lecturer and tutor of project management courses at  Diploma and  Master degree level with several training institutions and universities. Anthony has travelled extensively and has conducted training in several countries that include Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and China.

 Anthony has extensive experience of full project life cycle implementations covering several countries including UK,  US,  Australia, India,  Taiwan,  Thailand,  Hong  Kong and  Japan.  He is skilful in dealing with projects of diverse cultural background and different level of political,  economic,  social,  technological and organizational complexity.  Anthony’s domain knowledge includes Project management; Program management; Portfolio management, PMO, Project Management Maturity, Operations Management, Product Management, Technical support and software development.

Anthony is a dedicated contributor and promoter of project management discipline.  He has hands-on experience in various project management methodologies and the best practices in the industries.  He is a  certified  Project  Management Professional  (PMP®) with the Project  Management  Institute  (PMI®) and a registered  PRINCE2® Practitioner with the Association for Project Management Group (APMG).  In addition, Anthony is a member of PMI since 2003 and currently a member of the Western Australia PMI Chapter. Anthony holds a vocational Diploma of Project Management.

For academic qualifications, Anthony holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree and an MBA  from Southern Cross  University, Australia.  Anthony is a certified Trainer and Assessor holding the TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

Anthony is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM).
