Dr Anthony Yeong is an
independent project
management consultant, trainer and
researcher. He has
spearheaded several projects of different natures with
multi-national companies such
as Thomson Reuters, CBA, 3M, IBM, Logica and Computer
Associates. Dr Yeong has also been engaged as a
lecturer and tutor of project
management courses at Diploma and Master degree level
with several Australian
institutions and universities. He has
also conducted project management courses in Singapore,
Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China with several
private institutions.
Dr Yeong has extensive experience of
full project life cycle
implementations covering several countries including UK,
US, Australia, India, Taiwan,
Thailand, Hong Kong and Japan. He has solid knowledge
and experience in dealing with projects of
diverse cultural background and
different level of political, economic, social,
technological and
organizational complexity. The

of Anthony

business and management consulting, project and
portfolio management, product
management, operations management, software
development, IT infrastructure and system
implementation, IT support and
services management.
Dr Yeong is a
dedicated follower of
project management discipline
who has studied and mastered
the various project management methodologies and best
practices throughout the world. He is a certified
Project Management
Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute
(PMI) and a
registered PRINCE2
Practitioner with Association for Project
Management Group (APMG).
He holds a DBA degree and MBA degree
from Southern Cross University,
Australia. Dr Yeong is
