Coffee Terminology:
Aroma - Refers to the odour a coffee
creates during brewing.
Body - Refers to the weight
and texture of a coffee in the mouth.
Flavour - Refers to the total impression of
aroma, acidity and body.
Acidity - Characteristic of high grown coffees.
High in acid: sharp, pleasing piquant flavour.
Low in acid: flat and dull in flavour.
