bulletDon’t under-estimate the exam. Prepared well before going ahead to the real exam.

bulletDon’t be tricked by the short questions, read them carefully! Never rush into the answer.

10 Tips on Actual Day

bulletPlease bring along your passport ! If your registration name is not the same as the
passport, you are in trouble!

bulletNo Scientific calculator is allowed. Watch, handphone and wallet are not allowed
too bring in too.
The exam session might be video-taped.

bulletThe room might be cold or you may be feeling colder struggling the 4 hours exam.
Dress more.

bulletLeave some water and snack in the locker.

bulletUse ear plug or headset.

bulletPaper and pencil are provided, make use of them to write down the formulas
and major processes.

bulletUse the MARK and ITEM REVIEW features for your unsure questions.

bulletDon't press the EXIT buttom unless you are ending the exam !

bulletDon't rush out the room and remember to collect your printed result.

What to do if all Answers seem correct?

bulletHave you read the question carefully?  However, don't over read it as you may get more confused.
What is the question trying to address? What problem to be solved? If the answer is partly true, skip it.
There is only one best answer to the question. The best answer should address
all the scenario in the question. The one that really work! Use elimination technique.
bulletIs it a tricky question?  Go through the question again, word by word and look up for the key words.
Stop imagine other possibilities and again there is only one best answer that provides value or
solve problems indicated in the question. The answer should be the TOTAL solution not partial.
Think of what the examiner is looking for?
bulletLeave the  question aside for a while, put a note and come back later.
Don't spend too much time on one question. When you return to the question, it might be
easier to spot the obvious answer at second attempt.
bulletAfter trying all the efforts and still not sure which is the best answer? Skip judgmental skill and use
feeling, sensing and intuition.  Repeat the answers in your mind, which is the best?  You may "feel" or
"sense" that some answers are wrong only one is right!
